SsS Siegley

A nice vintage Siegley 5 wood plane. Measures 14 inches long and 2-1/2 inches wide. In fair condition.

Jacob Siegley started in New York City, and moved to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania in 1883-4 where he manufactured planes.  Stanley bought Siegley's plane business involving his line of combination and block planes in 1905. At that time,Stanley sold some of the excess stock to Union. Union sold Seigley labeled tools for a time but not the bench planes that Seigley was making at the time he sold to Stanley.

This Plane is for sale and priced at $70.00 shipped US
